SPRING / SUMMER MATH for 100% Optimal Development.

SPRING / SUMMER MATH

What is your definition of success and development? Most kids in the from grades 4-8 will play 32-40 games this Spring. With 2 practices a week at 1.5 hours of practice time/per practice = 48 hours of practice time for the season. (If coaches can secure gym time). The average time of being in the gym on Saturday and Sundays is 8-10 hours every other weekend. 10 tournaments for the year is 100 hours of time spent in the gym for games. 100 hours of time spent in gym and 48 hours practice time is the total amount of time your child is spending playing basketball, not necessarily improving. With the nearly 150 hours is your son or daughter gaining the necessary skills and more importantly the confidence?

NO, because the number one ingredient of confidence is preparation! The players and parents who understand the need for optimal development believe in this formula for Success this Spring:

1/4 time Basketball Practice with a talented coach who builds their skill and confidence +
1/4 time playing games +
1/2 time improving individual basketball IQ, EQ, and skills = 100%
Optimal Development
.

"If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always got"

The best kids across the country are working on their skills daily, and so are the best locally! 150 Hours this spring.....where is your time and money going?
