NEWS & NOTES - FIREBALL 2011

Considered the "Mecca of Basketball" New York City is home to several premier summer basketball leagues. Leagues such Kenny Graham's W4th Street(NYC), Hoops In the Sun(BX), Entertainers Basketball League @ Rucker Park (NYC), Dyckman Basketball League (NYC), Nike Pro City @ Baruch College (NYC) dominate the summer news, however, the "springboard" to NYC's summer leagues is Fireball @ Baruch College (NYC).

Again, this year Team FOOTPRINTZ will compete in the spring/summer Fireball league and look to improve upon last year's championship run which ended in an instant classic versus Money Train whose roster that included Sundiata Gaines, Darren Phillip, Cory Underwood, Antawn Dobie, and the late great John "Finish Your Breakfast" Strickland.
