Team FOOTPRINTZ Elite Training program, a year round basketball training program that focuses on basketball skill enhancement, community & life skill development as well as a strong emphasis on education, will, in association with Monster, Inc (makers of Beats by Dr. Dre), offer an educational based contest for ALL students.  

In celebration of the ending to the 2011-2012 academic year, Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc,will reward students who excelled academically with a FREE Pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Contest for successfully "moved to the next level". In today's unstable world, a higher level education is required for employment stability.  According to the United States' Bureau of Labor Statistics, a person with a Doctoral level education makes up only 2.5% of the USA's unemployment rate compared to a person with only a high school level education whose unemployment rate is 14.1%. Obviously, based upon the statistics, education is important.  As a result our contest in association with Monster, Inc advocates academic success.  

Contest begins and ends, when? 

June 20th, 2012 12:01am and runs until July 3, 2012 at 11:59pm EST

What is the contest criteria?

Submission of a COPY of one of the following:

1.  Final term Report Card;

2.  Promotion Letter; 

3.  HS Diploma; 

4.  College Acceptance Letter;

5.  College Degree.


How do I submit contest criteria?

• Tag copy of one of the contest criterion to our Facebook Page; 
• Email copy of one of the contest criterion to our Gmail email account
• Tag @Teamfootprintz via Instragram or Twitter of one of the contest criterion.

Upon receipt of your (your child) entry, you (your child) will automatically be entered into the Beats by Dr. Dre Contest powered by Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc.

How will winner be selected?

Entered applications will be chosen randomly by Team FOOTPRINTZ Skill Instructors.  The winner's name and entry form will be uploaded to the Team FOOTPRINTZ Facebook Fan Page at 10am (ET) on July 4, 2012.  

Winner will also receive an email of his/her prize of which winner will have 30 days to claim their Beats by Dr. Dre.  

Prize:

The prize winner will receive a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre (retail value of $99.00).  According to the manufacturer's website: "You get the same amazing listening experience of the original Beats by Dr. Dre Tour. You’ll enjoy quick-access music playback control, like volume, play/pause and tracking, without having to dig for your iPod. Plus, the sound-isolating headphones all combine to let you hear much more clearly than you ever could with your phone to your ear".  

The Fine Print:

• The contest is open to ALL elemantary, middle school, junior high school, high school, & college students, as submitted by others (i.e parents, teachers, etc). 
• By submitting your entry via email you acknowledge that the entry you are submitting may be selected for inclusion on the Team FOOTPRINTZ Facebook Fan Page and in an online compilation of the winners. Media will be alerted through a national press release that will identify the winners. You acknowledge that the entry may also be provided to media who request it for broadcast use. You also acknowledge that the entry becomes the property of the Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc for promotional use.
• If you are selected as a winner, you agree that Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc may publicize your name and likeness on its website, blog, twitter account, instagram account as  well as Facebook Fan Page.  Apart from the prize associated with being selected as a winner,  Team FOOTPRINTZ Inc. shall not be obligated to compensate you in any way for such publicity.
• By submitting your entry you represent that said entry is not owned by or the intellectual property of any other person or entity.
• Each entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to the entrant’s participation in the contest. In no event shall the Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc. be liable to an entrant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the contest or that entrant’s participation in the contest. By participating all entrants release Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc., affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all entities associated with the development and execution of this contest from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this contest, acceptance, or use of prizes.
