PRESS RELEASE

November 7, 2009 - Atlanta, GA

As the 2009 NBA Development League draft approached many professional and soon to be professional players where anxiously awaiting league Commissioner -Dan Reed to read their name. This year's draft, on paper, appeared to be one the deepest in league's history with 200 players eligible for selection.

Entering the 2009 draft, many players who have played for or trained with Team FOOTPRINTZ as well as players who have participated in the competitive 'pick up' games organized by Mark Williams of Team FOOTPRINTZ were available for NBA D-League teams.

After the success of the 2008 draft, in which Coleman Collins of Virginia Tech was drafted 6th by the Ft.Wayne Mad Ants, Team FOOTPRINTZ was equally excited about this draft.

"As the Executive Director of Team FOOTPRINTZ, Inc. I looked forward to the 2009 draft, not only as a basketball fan, but also because of the amount of players, within the pool of draftees, whose careers were 'touched' by our company. A company which, in its entirety, represents providing opportunities to today's student (athletes) and offering inspiration to tomorrow's while assisting them in their development academically, socially, and recreationally."

As Dan Reed approached the podium he, with the 9th pick, announced that Rashad Anderson was selected by the Iowa Energy. Rashad, formerly of Snaidero Udine of the Serie A league in Italy, trained extensively with Team FOOTPRINTZ throughout the summer months. He, along with former UCONN teammate Taliek Brown, credit Mark Williams for maintaining their conditioning throughout the summer months, but also honing their skills as they approached their respective basketball seasons. "Last year Rashad led the Italian league in scoring, but he wanted to get better. It was great working with Rashad and I wish him luck in the NBA-D League", says Lead Trainer Mark Williams.

In addition to Rashad Anderson, Team FOOTPRINTZ player Brian Kortovich of Cleveland, OH was drafted by the Albuquerque Thunderbirds in the final round of the draft. Brian looks to join fellow Team FOOTPRINTZ player Cory Underwood on the T'Bird's roster along with Antoine Agudio, an active participant in Team FOOTPRINTZ' "private workouts" which throughout the past few months, has included NBA D-League draftees; Sundiata Gaines (15th pick by the Idaho Stampede), Chris Lowe (7th pick of the third round by the Reno Bighorns), and JC Mathis (15th pick of the 5th round).

"The 2009 draft, not only deep, was impacted by Team FOOTPRINTZ and coupled with the previous draft and current D-Leaguers provide our program with a solid base for which to grow. I am excited as we move into the next phase of our mission", says Coach Williams.
