Filmed over 4 (four) years, Anne traveled 2 (two) continents as the players learned a new culture, new language and established America, as a their new home. One of the movie's principle "actors" Aziz N'Diaye, who trained this past summer with Team FOOTPRINTZ Elite Basketball, left the dilapidated cement courts of Senegal to become the starting center at University of Washington where as sophomore (2010-2011) at the Pac 10 school was named to the Pac-10 All-International Team by Netscouts Basketball. Currently, the 7'0" center is averaging 7.9 points per game and 7.9 rebounds per game for the nationally ranked Huskies' program. Ms. Buford's "Elevate", which opened in October (2011) to audiences in NY, LA, Dallas, San Antonio, Chicago, Oklahoma City, DC, Houston, Indianapolis, Seattle, & Arizona, will be released to DVD on February 14, 2012.

"Joining forces with New Video - on the Elevate project - is a groundbreaking endeavor for it provides us with unique regional and national visibility as well as cross marketing opportunities. For us, as a basketball centered company, to collaborate with a company who specialized in cutting -edge documentaries / films, sports and kids related programming is a tribute to our development as a company,” said Mark Williams, Executive Director, Team FOOTPRINTZ. Essentially, they are established in their area of expertise and our goal is to expand our new brand. We look forward to a successful partnership."
